Send an email to info@maru-food.com inquiring into opening an account, and our accounts team will forward you the application form. Fill out the form and send it back to us to establish your account.

No, we only supply to business, wholesale or retail customers

The minimum order is generally $200, but may vary depending on the distance from our office

When you request an application form, our team will first confirm whether we can deliver to your area

Once your account is opened, you can place your order by emailing order@maru-food.com or by texting one of our sales representatives. Orders must be placed at least one day prior to delivery date, or for locations outside of regional or metropolitan Sydney, we kindly ask that you place your order at least two days in advance.Contact information will be provided after your account is established

Contact order@maru-food.com the day before delivery date, but if it is urgent please contact our sales representatives

We don't accept returns for a change of mind.
However, if the product is damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange of equal value, or a full refund within three days of delivery.
